Manuscript submission guidelines

During this transition to the new publisher, please note the following submission guidelines:

  1. Submit manuscripts to jamntnu@gmail.com.
     (Notice that Gmail is preconditioned to put emails from strangers into the trash can the first time around. Gmail users are advised to check their trash can for our acknowledgment emails.)
  2. Include two files of the complete manuscript in PDF format:
    • one with the cover page containing all authors’ information, including their affiliation, mailing addresses, and email addresses.
    • the other one will be used for the blind peer-review process and thus should only have the title and abstract on the cover page.
  3. Include a cover letter in PDF format with:
    • the title of the manuscript
    • a statement that the manuscript includes only original material that has not been previously published and is not under review elsewhere

All manuscripts are expected to follow the APA Style Format (7th edition). Limit manuscripts to 30 pages of text, exclusive of tables and figures. Manuscripts must be double-spaced, including the title page, abstract, text, quotes, acknowledgments, references, and appendices. Place tables on separate pages. Include copies of all figures. Number all pages consecutively.

When a manuscript has been accepted, the lead author will be required to submit original graphic files, camera-ready figures, a copy of the final manuscript in both Word and PDF formats, and the signed copyright-transfer agreement. Authors are asked to review proofs before publication. Reprints of articles are available for purchase at the time the manuscript is published.
